Learn to program in Expectk - between London and Bristol
| Subject | Expectk is an application that lets you add a GUI front end to
difficult-to-automate procedures such as system and software testing,
FTP and Telnet sessions and the like. It's an extension of Tcl (the
Tool Control Language) and the Tk toolkit. For newcomers, we offer
four days of training - our Tcl Basics course followed by Tcl/Tk. If you're
already familiar with Tcl and Expect fundamentals, you might just want
to come on the second course or ask about tailored training.

| Location | Our Melksham training centre is within an hour of Bristol, Swindon and
Southampton, and within 2 hours of London and Birmingham. If you have one
or two trainees needing a course, send them to us for Public Courses at Melksham.
For larger
groups, it's more economic for us to come to you and run a Private Courses - we bring
"a course in
a car"; workstations for each trainee to use, projector, notes, etc - all
you need provide is a suitable room and the students.

| Training | If you've never programmed before, our "Learning to program in ..." courses
are designed for you; if you're looking for a conversion course, then have
a look at our "... programming" courses. We have advanced courses too, and
we also have a library of highly specialist modules for use if your requirement
is really unusual!

| About us | We're computer professionals who have been writing and presenting
specialist training courses for a number of years. Last year, we
moved our public courses to our new training centre - located in a
peaceful old "Spa House" in Melksham, Wiltshire, where the atmosphere
and facilities are ideal for getting away from your office to learn!
As well as public courses, we also run private courses for individual
client organisations, and we also undertake a limited number of
development and support in our areas of expertise.
